The Project Joy Productivity Framework is a supportive approach to how you work, live, and make decisions. It’s designed for people who are capable but feel overwhelmed, who don’t need more productivity advice, but do need space to think clearly again.

This framework helps you unclutter what’s weighing you down, clarify what actually matters in this season, and build systems and rhythms that support real life, not just work.

 

Phase 1: Declutter

This phase is about seeing what’s actually there, not what should be there.

We look at:

  • commitments (work or personal)
  • tools and digital clutter
  • calendar reality vs. calendar expectations
  • mental load and emotional friction
  • where energy is leaking

The goal:

  • To calm the nervous system and create enough space to think clearly again.

This is where overwhelm starts to loosen.

The goal:

The goal:

  • To create structures that support life instead of consuming it.

This phase is about maintenance, not optimization.

We focus on:

  • noticing early signs of overload
  • adjusting systems as life evolves
  • honoring seasons of less capacity
  • preventing burnout before it starts
  • reinforcing habits that feel kind and effective
The goal:
  • To make clarity the default - not something you constantly have to recover.
